The University of Miami is dedicated to the reinforcement of ethical and responsible conduct of research. No University of Miami officer or member of the board of directors as defined under 216.1366 of the State of Florida Statutes has state funds allocated to be used during the term of the contract for remuneration for any state of Florida contract which requires this reporting under 216.1366.
