The Office of the Vice Provost for Research and Scholarship presented our annual research administrative symposium on September 11th, 2023! The Symposium provided a professional development and networking opportunity for the UM research administration community. More than 200 research administrators attended the event. Attendees were welcomed by the Vice Provost for Research + Scholarship, Dr. Erin Kobetz, who expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the work and efforts of the grant community.
The Symposium offered a variety of engaging learning and networking opportunities. A wide variety of topics were presented in 9 break-out sessions, allowing participants to attend those that sparked their interest or addressed a particular learning need.
